Accounts and guest mode

Aitin supports guest mode, Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In. Saved and synced account features require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account.

Use of Aitin

Aitin helps users plan, organize, save, share, and collaborate on trips. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use itinerary ideas, collaboration tools, wallet entries, media tools, exports, reels, and paid features.

User responsibility

You must verify important travel details before acting on them, including prices, availability, opening hours, visa or entry rules, health and safety requirements, transport times, booking terms, and local laws.

AI-generated content

Aitin may use AI systems, including Gemini models via Google Cloud Vertex AI, to generate itinerary ideas and related travel content. AI-generated travel information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unsafe for a specific traveler, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must verify travel details, safety requirements, visa and entry rules, opening hours, prices, bookings, and local requirements independently. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

No travel guarantee

Aitin does not guarantee that a trip, itinerary, booking, venue, route, attraction, restaurant, transport option, or activity will be available, safe, accurate, suitable, or uninterrupted.

Third-party travel providers

Aitin may link to or display information from third-party travel providers, booking platforms, maps, places data, airlines, hotels, restaurants, venues, activity providers, payment providers, affiliate partners, app stores, or content providers. These providers are responsible for their own prices, availability, policies, cancellations, refunds, safety, and service delivery. Aitin does not operate airlines, hotels, restaurants, attractions, transport, tours, app stores, Apple or Google billing, Klook, Expedia, or other third-party services.

Affiliate disclosure

Aitin may earn a commission when users interact with qualifying affiliate links or make qualifying bookings through third-party partners. Affiliate relationships do not make Aitin responsible for the third-party service or booking.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid features, in-app purchases, and subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google where available. Prices, taxes, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to buy the plan. Aitin unlocks features based on purchase status received from the store.

User content license

You keep ownership of trip inputs, itineraries, comments, votes, wallet entries, photos, media, and other content you provide. You give Aitin a limited license to host, store, copy, process, display, adapt, translate, generate outputs from, share with invited collaborators or published viewers according to your settings, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse Aitin, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or reliability, scrape the service, or bypass limits.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-violating content.
• Do not use Aitin to plan or facilitate illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, or harm.

Account suspension or removal

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or refuse access to accounts, trips, content, or features where needed to protect Aitin, users, third parties, legal compliance, service reliability, or investigation of suspected misuse.

Warranty disclaimer

Aitin is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOAT LIMITED disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOAT LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, booking issues, third-party provider conduct, or reliance on AI-generated or third-party information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of Aitin after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise. For questions, contact travel@aitin.app.
